Cancellation & Class Entry Policy

Cancellations:

• We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will incur the full class fee.

• For Unlimited Members:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours but no later than 2 hours before the class start time will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will result in a $20 charge.

Refunds:
Please note that all purchases – whether class packs, memberships, or single sessions – are non-refundable. While eligible cancellations may grant you a credit for a future class, no monetary refunds will be issued back to your credit card.

Class Entry:

• Grip socks are required to participate in class. If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase one at the front desk.

• No entry will be allowed 10 minutes after the class has started, to ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for all participants.
